Question 1

Is Hotel Kullaberg Sea Club part of an exchange network?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it's affiliated with RCI, so owners can look into exchanging their week through that network, subject to RCI's own availability and rules.

Question 2

What's the transfer fee for reselling a week here?

Accepted Answer

Hotel Kullaberg Sea Club is independently run, so resale transfers go through the resort's own owners' association or management rather than a branded resale process. Ask the resort directly for the current transfer fee before agreeing on a price with a buyer.

Question 3

What are the annual maintenance fees?

Accepted Answer

These aren't published figures we can quote, as they vary by unit and contract. Buyers should request the current annual maintenance fee from the seller or the resort's management before finalising a purchase.

Question 4

What does a resale buyer actually receive?

Accepted Answer

A buyer receives the usage right for the specific week and unit as registered with the resort. It does not automatically carry over any separate RCI membership arrangements the previous owner had — these should be set up independently after the transfer completes.

Question 5

How does selling a week work on BidMyTimeshare.com?

Accepted Answer

You list your week yourself, set your own asking price, and buyers contact you directly through the platform. There's a one-time listing fee to publish your ad, and we take 0% commission on the sale.
