- ✓Signatures of both parties
Owner responsibilities
- • Confirm the week is available and not already booked before listing
- • Verify with the resort that the membership permits renting (most do, some restrict subletting)
- • Provide the renter with accurate booking confirmation details from the resort
- • Ensure maintenance fees for the week are paid so the booking remains active
Renter responsibilities
- • Verify the booking with the resort directly before making final payment
- • Obtain travel insurance covering accommodation cancellation
- • Follow the resort's check-in procedures — the booking will be in the owner's name
- • Pay any resort incidentals (parking, amenities, damage deposits) directly to the resort

- Interested renters contact you directly through the platform
