What the agreement contains

- ✓Membership or contract reference number (if known)
- ✓Agreed sale price and currency
- ✓Payment method and due date agreed between parties
- ✓Allocation of resort transfer fees (buyer, seller, or split)
- ✓Signatures of both parties with date
How the agreement is generated
When both parties verbally agree on the sale terms, either party can request the Sales Agreement PDF through the platform. The document is pre-filled with the listing details and both parties' registered account information. It is generated as a downloadable PDF and emailed to both parties.
How the agreement is signed
Signing is completed directly between buyer and seller — BidMyTimeshare.com does not witness or countersign. Common approaches:

- → Both parties retain a signed copy for their records
Is the agreement legally binding?
