The Resort & Its Setting

Pacific Palace Tower is a timeshare property in Fracc. Sábalo Country, a gated, long-established residential and resort district of Mazatlán. It operates independently but is affiliated with RCI, meaning owners who hold a week here can also use it as trading power to exchange into other RCI resorts around the world, rather than always returning to the same building. The neighbourhood itself is quieter than the main hotel strip, with its own infrastructure, shops and services, while still within easy reach of Mazatlán's beaches and downtown.

Mazatlán: The Area & What There Is To Do

Mazatlán has built its reputation on a long stretch of Pacific coastline paired with a genuinely lived-in historic centre, rather than a resort bubble. The Malecón, one of the longest oceanfront boardwalks in Mexico, strings together beaches, seafood restaurants and viewpoints for several kilometres. The Centro Histórico has colonial-era streets, the Cathedral, galleries and old theatres, and is where you'll find the city's everyday Mexican character rather than a tourist-only version of it. The newer Marina district adds upscale dining and entertainment, and boat trips run out to Deer Island (Isla de Venados) for snorkelling and quieter beaches just offshore. Car hire is easy to arrange if you want to cover more ground than Fracc. Sábalo Country's own walkable radius.

Selling or Renting Your Week Here

If you own at Pacific Palace Tower and no longer use your week, you can list it for resale or rent directly on BidMyTimeshare.com. It's an owner-to-owner marketplace: you set your own asking price, write your own listing, and interested buyers or renters contact you through the platform. There's no commission taken on the sale — sellers simply pay one small, one-time listing fee to publish their listing.
