Sales Terms

All offers must be placed through the BidMyTimeshare.com platform only. Direct contact with sellers outside the platform before an offer is accepted is permitted for information purposes only. All binding offers must be submitted through the platform.

Buyers must review all listing details carefully before placing a bid or making an offer. Once an offer is placed, the buyer cannot claim that information was missing or misleading as grounds to withdraw.

The seller must accept or reject an offer within 14 days of receipt. If the seller does not respond within 14 days, the buyer may withdraw their offer at no penalty.

When a seller accepts an offer:

• The platform generates a standard-form sales contract pre-filled with the agreed price, property details, and the parties' information.
• The contract is sent to both the buyer and the seller by email as a PDF attachment, together with signing instructions.
• Both parties are responsible for reviewing, printing, signing, and exchanging the contract in accordance with the instructions provided.

BidMyTimeshare.com does not provide electronic signature services. The parties arrange the execution of the contract independently.

The buyer pays the seller directly by bank transfer. Payment must be made within 7 days of signing, or by the due date stated in the sales contract — whichever comes first. The platform is not involved in the payment between buyer and seller.

When the buyer OR the seller clicks "Payment confirmed" on their dashboard, both parties receive a PDF confirmation of the completed transaction. BidMyTimeshare.com charges zero commission on sales — the full sale amount belongs to the seller.

If the buyer cancels after an offer is accepted:

• Minimum penalty: $130 USD
• Or: 10% of the highest accepted bid or offer — whichever is greater.

The platform may charge the penalty to a card on file or issue an enforceable invoice payable within 7 days.

Ownership types available on the platform include: Right-to-Use, Deeded, Points-based, and Club Membership. BidMyTimeshare.com does not charge transfer taxes. Resort transfer fees, local taxes, or third-party costs may still apply.

BidMyTimeshare.com (operated by Timeshare Global Solutions Limited) is a marketplace platform only. The platform is not a party to any transaction, contract, or payment between buyers and sellers. All liability rests with the individual buyer and seller.

Timeshare Global Solutions Limited operates solely as an online marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Any disputes arising from a transaction shall be governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Disputes concerning the use of this platform or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
