BidMyTimeshare.com is an online marketplace that connects timeshare owners (sellers/landlords) with buyers and renters. The platform is operated by Timeshare Global Solutions Limited. The platform provides advertising space only. Timeshare Global Solutions Limited does not act as agent or broker for any user, does not deal or negotiate with buyers on a seller's behalf, does not take a commission and does not undertake to find a buyer; enquiries from buyers go directly to the seller. Listings prepared with the Done-For-You service are advertisements written for the seller, and the sale is agreed directly between buyer and seller.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into contracts in your country of residence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. BidMyTimeshare.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Listings must not include properties that the seller does not have the right to sell or rent.

Listing fees are charged to sellers at the time of publishing. No commission is charged on completed sales. Advertising services (listings, Featured placement, social media advertising and the listing creation service) come with a 10-day money-back guarantee: you can cancel for any reason within 10 days of payment and get the full amount back. The cancelled services then end, and a cancelled listing is removed from the site. To cancel, use your dashboard or email [email protected]. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days, and cancellations made in the dashboard are refunded immediately. After 10 days, fees are non-refundable. Digital sale and rental agreements are not covered once they have been sent for signature.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise platform security
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

All content on BidMyTimeshare.com (excluding user-submitted listings) is owned by Timeshare Global Solutions Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

BidMyTimeshare.com provides the platform on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listings, or platform downtime. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

Timeshare Global Solutions Limited operates solely as an online marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Any disputes arising from a transaction shall be governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Disputes concerning the use of this platform or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
