BidMyTimeshare.com is an online marketplace that connects timeshare owners (sellers/landlords) with buyers and renters. The platform is operated by Timeshare Global Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into contracts in your country of residence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. BidMyTimeshare.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Listings must not include properties that the seller does not have the right to sell or rent.

Listing fees are charged to sellers at the time of publishing. No commission is charged on completed sales. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise platform security
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

All content on BidMyTimeshare.com (excluding user-submitted listings) is owned by Timeshare Global Solutions Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

BidMyTimeshare.com provides the platform on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listings, or platform downtime. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

Timeshare Global Solutions Limited operates solely as an online marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Any disputes arising from a transaction shall be governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Disputes concerning the use of this platform or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
