What your fee buys
- Your listing on the marketplace for the period you choose, in 8 languages — buyers in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Britain and the Nordics read it in their own language.
- Done-for-you option: we write the description, add resort photos and publish it for you. You only give us the resort, the week and the price.
- A price suggestion based on comparable listings and current resale data — free, and you are never obliged to follow it.
- Buyers contact you through the platform. Your name, email and phone number are never published.
- A monthly report: views, saves, offers and messages. If nothing is happening, you will be the first to know.
What happens after you pay
- The listing is published immediately — usually within minutes, not after a review queue.
- You get a receipt by email with the payment reference.
- You can edit the text, photos and price yourself at any time.
- Buyer messages and offers arrive in your dashboard and by email.
What we never promise
- We do not promise that your week will sell. Nobody honestly can.
- We never name a sale price to attract you. Most timeshares resell for a fraction of the original purchase price, and some are worth very little — our valuation tool says so out loud.

A resale sells online when the price is realistic and the listing is visible to the right buyers. We can do the second part, and we help with the first.
