Riverside Garden Resort — Timeshare in Alsancak, Cyprus

Alsancak, Northern Cyprus

Riverside Garden Resort sits in Alsancak, on the northern coast of Cyprus, a short drive from Girne's old harbour. It's a relaxed, garden-set holiday property with two restaurants, a pub, outdoor pools, a sauna and a tennis court — the kind of all-round base owners come back to year after year. If you own a week here and are weighing up selling or renting it out, here's what matters.
